Intellia Corporation was founded in 2019 in San Jose, CA, by Chris Nguyen. Chris continues to expand the company he built from the ground up. Today, the Intellia Corporation team is 15 members strong, with offices in San Jose, CA and Vietnam. Businesses and individuals come to us to ship many of their important products. Follow the Laws:
Intellia Corporation must comply with the laws of the states in which it does business. We are each responsible for knowing and following all applicable laws and regulations. Some of the legal topics we encounter include antitrust, anti-corruption, environment, import/export, Homeland Security, intellectual property, privacy, and public communications.
Bribery and Corruption:
We uphold the highest standards of business ethics, to respect local laws and not engage in any form of corruption, bribery, fraud, facilitation payments, or extortion.
Business Gifts and Entertainment:
Intellia Corporation’s main rule is that we prefer not to give or receive gifts. Intellia Corporation employees shall refer to the Associate Handbook for company gift and entertainment giving and receiving guidelines.
Confidential Information:
We must use the confidential information of Intellia Corporation or others only for business purposes and disclose it only to those who are authorized and have a need to know. Even after we leave Intellia Corporation employment, we must continue to protect confidential information (whether Intellia Corporation’s or another party’s) and not use or disclose it without authorization. Furthermore, we must not request or encourage anyone to use or disclose privileged, proprietary, or confidential information unless they are authorized to do so by the owner of that information.
Fair Competition:
Intellia Corporation strictly prohibits anti-competitive agreements or conduct, including price fixing, restricting supply of goods & services, bid rigging and market sharing. We require our business associates to be committed to free & fair competition and abide by relevant competition laws and regulations.
